Visual Paradigm Online Sequence Diagram creator missing Destroy message

I created a sequence diagram and I intend to create a Destroy message and end the lifetime of an object. According to the tutorial, there are 7 different types of messages but on the panel there are only 6 types.

How can I add a Destroy message and use it to end the line?

Hi András,

To mark the end of a lifeline, select it and check “stopped” at the top of the format panel.

Thanks, I found it too, after a long search :slight_smile:
Can you tell why terminating a life line is not considered as a Sequence diagram operation but rather a format option?
It should be placed along with the other message types or at least we should set it from the life line.

Hi András,

Currently the Format Panel is used mostly for formatting/styling of shapes, but some of the model element properties are placed on top of the it for quick access/editing of those properties too. We are sorry if it caused confusion.
