When running Visual Paradigm Products Update - the dropdown list for selecting a download site is empty. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix?

I haven’t seen a reply to this posting. Has this problem been fixed or is there a different method to perform an update. I currently run 3.0 20040108b ME and would like to update to 3.1.
Same problem with my VP-UML version 3.0 … hope that we will have a reply to this !!!
