VP.exe is detected as WS.Reputation.1

Hello, we are going to purchase VP. However, VP.exe is detected as threat due to WS.Reputation.1.
Please help and advice.

Our product was scanned by McAfee and Kaspersky and confirmed it is threat free. May I know which anti-virus software you using?

Thanks for replying and sorry for the delay. Our engineers had setup Symantec Endpoint Protection v14 (with latest update) for testing and VP.exe didn’t experience the problem as yours. May I know when you get prompted about the problem? By starting VP? or during its runtime? Look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your follow up. I had already submit ticket to Symantec and they had white listed your current version.
