Hello, could someone help me resolve this issue? I have updated my local Visual Paradigm to the latest version, but the VP Online seems to be stuck on this for a few weeks now. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It looks like you have requested an upgrade of your VP Online workspace and that request is still pending to be processed. It is pretty strange because usually, we can finish upgrading in few minutes to an hour. I guess your request was not delivered properly. Did you receive an email from us with a ticket ID for your case? Could you give me that ID? If no, may I know your customer ID? I suggest you submit a ticket in the following page instead of posting your customer ID here.
