VP Online - Switch back to classic UI

Some time ago I’ve pressed button “upgrade to new VP online” on admin page. I want to switch back to classic UI in VP Online. Any suggestion how to do that?

New UI limit my ability to export in pdf, the option “fit to 1 page” in print dialog is not working anymore. And editor lost it’s ability to snap to vertical line, so now making vertical lines is like a problem. I don’t want that, please roll back.

Hi Anton,

Thanks for the post. Regarding ‘snapping’, there are no recent changes or fixes that I am aware of. Could you make sure you have enabled the “grid” option in the diagram? To do this, click on the diagram. Then, in the right pane, select “Grid”. (If I have misunderstood your situation, please let me know.)

About ‘fit to one page’, I will ask our engineers to take a look. When there is any news, I will post here.

Hi Anton,

An issue related to printing and size fitting has been made and released on 1 April. Could you try again? If the problem remains happening, please let me know:

  1. Which type of diagram are you working in
  2. A screen capture of the Pages pane
  3. A screen capture of the Print dialog box showing the options you selected.
