Are there installation instructions for upgrading VP Suite?
Does the new version automatically overwrite the old one?

Thanks for your post. Please refer to the User Guide of the products’ documentation (http://www.visual-paradigm.com/documentation/).
If you install the new version software over your current installation directory, the software will be updated automatically.
