VP Update

Hi Lilian,

I have just installed a new copy onto my Windows box at work (I’ve purchased 10 licenses of the Enterprise) but I cannot run the Bin\VP Update - because our network is locked down I need to know the ports, protocols and URL to open the firewall…

Can you let me know either which ports I need to open to use the Automatic Connection or is there a url for the Manual connection that I can use to patch to the latest version?

Hi Toby,

Thanks for your post. I think you need a proxy to access Internet? If so, please ensure that you configured the correct proxy settings in “VP Suite Update” (see image).
