Want help for the usage of the software

I installed the software. But I am unale to acess the help. Help is not there. So it will be helpful for me if u sent the link of the help for the usage of the software.
If Help is there it will be better for me for the usage.
Please do the needful

Thank you for your post. Do you see the help menu (e.g. Help > Visual Paradigm for UML Enterprise Edition Help)? If yes, what happened when you clicked on it?

Please also post your log file here. You can locate it at $vp-suite-install-dir/bin
