When set language to Simplified Chinese, somthing strange happened!

i change language to Simplified Chinese and restart VP UML, but the character becomes very strange!!!
please see the attachment

My os is Debian :
3.2.0-0.bpo.4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.35-2~bpo60+1 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

Anyone help me !

Hi Alexander,

Thank you for your post. As far as I can remember, this issue has been addressed many years ago. Could you post here a screenshot of the Info tab of the About dialog for me to take a look?

Does your system font contains the simplified chinese characterset?
