Hello, I’m currently using the Express edition online editor to create diagrams. When exporting the diagrams i have watermarks… so I’ve purchased the license (Visual Paradigm Modeler 16.1 x 1) which doesn’t seem to be the right one… Is there a way I could have this refunded and moved into the correct one that I need please? It looks like I need the diagram starter subscription?
