I exported a class diagram into an .xml file and then tried to import it back. Only a single class and one generalization were imported. Is this a bug? Version 5.3 (Build 20060626)
I would prefer to save projects as XML files rather than in the VPP format which is binary. It’s easier to store and diff text files in version control systems.

Thank you for your post. I just tried to repeat the problem. Looks like the connectors are imported, but not visible on the diagram. I tried dragging the classes a bit, those connectors became visible again. I will report this to our engineers, and post here when the problem is solved.

The problem of missing connectors is solved and deployed as a hotfix. Please download the hotfix at:
