How to add multiple system administrators?

Hi There, I would like to understand how we can change the Administrator in vp teamwork server? We are using SSO with ADFS and unfortunately the first user that signed on has become administrator. We want to change this to another user but there is no option to change it. Please help or guide what the procedure is to assign vp teamwork manager / administrator rights to another user. The system administrator is based on who logs on first after setting up SAML SSO?
Additionally, it does not seem possible to change who is admin, other than removing the SAML SSO and configuring it again. Likewise it does not seem possible to add more than one admin.

Is this true?

Seems like a pretty big design flaw if it is.
