I’m not too sure what you refer to with a ‘body diagram’ but Visual Paradigm most definitely allows for re-usage of components. Assuming that you’re using the stand alone version you should check the ‘Model Explorer’. Not only does this show you a good overview of all your diagram components (and their relationship), it also allows you to re-use those components in other diagrams. Thus allowing you to use 1 instance of a component across multiple diagrams, with the advantage that if you change certain properties then these will manifest themselves across diagrams.
